Ms. Jennifer Margaret Mills

Head of School

Ms. Jennifer Mills has 30+ years of experience in Education

Ms. Jennifer Mills holds the following academic qualifications:

  • Graduate Certificate of Educational Leadership, Edith Cowan University

  • Master of Education, Sydney University

  • Graduate Diploma of Arts, Sydney College

  • Diploma of Teaching, Milperra College

Ms. Jennifer Mills has 30+ years of experience in Education predominately in international settings. She has wide-ranging teaching and management experiences in diverse cultures including Sydney, London, Beijing, Dublin, Manus Island (PNG), Greece, Seoul, Myanmar, and Qatar. Her most recent role sees her in the cosmopolitan city of Singapore as The Head of School at Knightsbridge House International School.

Prior to joining KBH, Jennifer served as Principal at Invictus International School, Dempsey, Singapore, and before that, she was the Primary Head at Myanmar International School of Yangon, Myanmar. She started her teaching career in her hometown of Sydney, then four years later moved into working internationally. Over the course of her extensive career in education, she has taught, and/or led schools in London, Greece, Ireland, Papua and New Guinea, China, Qatar, Seoul, Myanmar, and Singapore. Jennifer enjoys the challenge of coming to understand the people and society. She’s looking forward to working with the teachers to build a dynamic, creative, collegiate campus and continue to look for ways to make KBH a special place for the students and the families.

 
 

Ms. Fang Meng

Principal Mandarin Bilingual Programme and Head of Mandarin Department

Ms. Meng has 26 years of experience in Education

Ms. Meng holds the following academic qualifications:

  • Master of Science from Beijing Forestry University

  • Bachelor of Science from Henan Normal University

  • Masters Degree in Education from Monash University.

Ms. Meng has taught and developed Chinese curriculum including DP Chinese B, DP Chinese Ab initio, MYP Mandarin Acquisition, IGCSE and IPC in both primary and high schools in China and Singapore. Ms. Meng comes armed with extensive international school experience having taught at some of Singapore’s most notable international educational institutions including Stamford American School, Canadian International School, Overseas Family School, and most recently Invictus International School (Dempsey) where she was the Head of Mandarin. Ms Meng is an appointed IB MYP examiner of Chinese B. Ms Meng will serve as KBH Bilingual Programme Principal and is tasked with developing our bilingual programme into the best in its class in Singapore.

 
 

Mr Richard Lim

Head of Personalised Learning Pathways (PLP) Program

Mr Lim has 35 years of experience in Education

Mr Lim holds the following academic qualifications:

  • Masters of Education (Special Education) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

  • Bachelor of Special Education (Curriculum and Intervention Strategic Studies) from Flinders University, Australia

  • Diploma in English from University of London and ASDAN Lifeskills Training at Bristol, UK.

Richard’s unique value proposition is HOLISTIC LIFE SKILLS and PRAGMATIC SPECIAL EDUCATION for CULTURALLY DIVERSE students from preschool to young adults. He has taught both in local and private schools. His ability to engage with both International and Local students and people of varied backgrounds has enabled them to lead them effectively toward a positive outcome. Richard has more than 30+ years of experience in direct teaching, curriculum development, and expedition directorship under his belt. The highlights were at Dover Court International School where he led Special Needs Curriculum and Education, Expeditions, Photography & Concert Production for close to twenty years. Worked as a specialist PLP teacher at Invictus International School for two and a half years and is currently Head of the PLP program and Student Development at Knightsbridge House International School.
