Celebrating International Book Week at KBH!

25 April 2024

World Book Week was celebrated at Knightsbridge House International School this week with multiple activities taking place across the week designed to inspire our young readers and writers. Renowned children's authors Emily Lim-Leh, Low Ying Ping, and Malcom Mejin gave talks to the students throughout the week sharing their secrets to literacy success. They also signed copies of their books for the students.

There were daily book challenge quizzes, surprise readers for our younger students (some of our Year 8 and 9 students), shared book reviews in a special Book Week Assembly, and of course a Book Character Dress Up Day. However, the highlight of the week's activities was the inspired baked goods provided by our PTA mums that were foods featured in books.

What a sensational Book Week it's been KBH!

Thank you to the PTA parents, Mr Glenn Walsh, and the English Teachers for an amazing BOOK WEEK!
